      <description>&lt;P&gt;Recently asked if I would need a new QR CODE as I need to reset my device. I was told yes by tech team. &amp;nbsp; Order new esim QR code. And was told my current one won’t be affected. As can take up to 5 days to arrive &amp;nbsp;I wake up today 5 am &amp;nbsp;and my esim not working. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Have no service.been 1 hour now. &amp;nbsp;I’ve sort reset phone still nothing &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
