Can't activate my New Sim

Tried to activate my sim in my upgraded phone and it keeps saying there's a problem
Tried to call 150 but been on the phone for hours can someone else help

@Jotwin72 Does your old sim fit in your new device ? If it does just use that

If the old SIM card fits you can use this with your new phone 🙂

Have you tried registering the SIM card at myaccount.ee.co.uk/app/activate-sim?

If your existing SIM fits in your new phone, and it works, then.... if it ain't broke, don't fix it 😉
