&lt;P&gt;Firstly, 3G is a radio technology, not a network provider - so I presume you mean you have ported your number from EE to 3-network?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that is the case, it is 3 who is your supplier and they who you need to report any service issues to.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Your friends &amp;amp; relatives who are having problems calling particular numbers can certainly report those problems to their providers (whether that is EE or whoever).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
