    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to order a replacement SIM card, ticking "physical SIM" on the webpage as my phone is not eSIM compatible, and it defaults to ordering me an eSIM every single time without fail and I physically cannot order a physical SIM on the website. I need a new SIM card urgently and this is frustrating me beyond belief, and I do not have access to a phone that I can make calls from either so cannot call to order one.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1611790"&gt;@lcw_castr0&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If you don’t have a working phone then you can not order online as a text has to be sent to the working sim for you to acknowledge that is you who is ordering a replacement Sim. &amp;nbsp; You have to call if your sim isn’t working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
