So you need to 1st port your existing no to another network's PAYG using a PAC from EE & then in reverse port it back to your new contract. This will also have the effect of cancelling your old contract.

You could alternatively "upgrade" your old contract to PAYG with 30 days notice & then ask EE to transfer the no to your new contract.

I already had a contract with EE, but I recently bought a new phone contract also with EE, they sent my a new phone and sim but I don’t know how to transfer all my stuff over onto the new phone. Plus I am also wanting to keep the same number, just unsure what to do.

I think there may be 2 separate questions here..

1: @Lillymay123_- presumably wants to copy their phone data, contacts and other information from their old phone to a new phone. @wardi has asked which phones these are..

2: @Lillymay123_- presumably has taken out a "new contract with new number" and wants to move their existing EE number across. As @XRaySpeX has mentioned, this can't be done without either purchasing the phone as an upgrade or having a protracted process.
