I think they deliberately do this. To make us phone them and answer dozens of questions. Isn't it a law that all providers have to provide PaC code within 60 mins? I am on pay as you go, no debt, nothing, and after 10s of messages nothing comes back. I will need to take this more seriously as seems EE doesn't bother to help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If your account is in &lt;A href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/Pay-as-you-go-and-Flex/What-is-pay-as-you-go-and-flex-hibernation-and-how-do-I-stop-it/td-p/833279" target="_blank"&gt;hibernation&lt;/A&gt;, you won't be able to request a PAC.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;What response do you get when you text&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;PAC&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;to&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;65075&lt;/STRONG&gt;?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/224807"&gt;@James_B&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's an active sim card. I only recently moved to EE. Why EE doesn't confess that it makes all it can to avoid giving PAC codes away. Your website made the way that it always gives a mistake when I try to request a PAC code. Also, EE doesn't even bother to reply to text PAC to 65075. Awful attitude from EE :(.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

No reply, nothing at all. I also texted INFO to 85075 to find out what I need to pay in case of leaving. Even though I am on Pay as you go. But still no reply from EE. And all they say is phone to us. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
