@serry , are you having problems at home with network? Have you done a check with the coverage/network checker to see if there is a problem where you are? You can also report the problem and receive updates.

I have always found customer service helpful and have never had a problem with the network, it might be worth writing a bit more about your problem and maybe someone can help.
