Emergency Calls only

I am having some issue with my sim card, no service apart from emergency calls only. I have tried using other phone but the same result. Also tried to live chat but couldn't find the link. Can anyone post the live chat link?

Have you checked to see if there are any network maintenance works in your area? Pop your postcode in our coverage checker and hit the 'I have a problem' button.

Sounds like it has gone into hibernation.

When did you last use it for a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.

You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.

Thanks for the info. I am on PAYG, there is no way I can make any phone call and there is no signal, that's why I need to talk to someone on live chat, this is the only way for me to contact them. And it seems like live chat service is no longer available.
