    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/358028"&gt;@Dave6018&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Until it’s possible to generate a eSIM QR code within your own online EE account for you to use they’re not worth it. &amp;nbsp;Even if you can have one emailed to you you still have to call customer services to request that and then you have to wait for it. &amp;nbsp;( that’s not possible also at the moment)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Well i have just ordered the s21 ultra, my concern is I am switching from the s20 ultra to the s21 ultra I have an esim which the agent said they can just email across, but after reading the forum it sounds like a pack needs to be sent out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please can someone clear this up, I don't want to get the phone then be unable to use it!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Should I just order a replacement sim ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>When I was doing the upgrade, the agent said emailed and at the time I&lt;BR /&gt;thought no problem, but I was thinking knowing my luck I would be sat here&lt;BR /&gt;with a new phone that will be useless because I can't get a sim.</description>
