@steve2404 You have to call customer services and request a replacement SIM card.

@steve2404 Yes because your requesting a replacement SIM card not a new SIM card

Hi, I lost my phone and i dont have a sim cart to coll you. Please sent me a new sim cart and a new phone because havea insurence with you.
