I rang them and it turns out that they sent me a new SIM out in the post. This meant that the sim that was in my phone was pretty much useless. Put the new SIM in and all is good again now.

Hello,

I lost my phone on Thursday and had to block my sim. I managed to get it back on Friday and rang to reactivate my sim. Since then I've had no service and can't make calls or texts. Is this normal, does it usually take a few days to sort itself out. EE told me it might take 24 hours but it's been 3 days now. Any help would be massively appreciated.
