However, I don’t have a new device. I can’t can’t call the number given&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class="col span-12"&gt;Your device&lt;DIV class="imei-label"&gt;IMEI Number&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="imei"&gt;Xxxxxxxxxxx&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="col span-12 flow-device-unlock__notification"&gt;&lt;DIV class="notification-myee"&gt;&lt;DIV class="notification notification--caution innerMode "&gt;&lt;DIV class="notification__content"&gt;&lt;DIV class="notification__wrapper"&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry, we're unable to link this IMEI to your account. I would have of course gone via that route if I could have.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;I have now contacted an agent using the EE chat facility and it’s now resolved.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
