Are you looking for your PAC code to take your number to another provider?

If yes, you can get this by texting PAC to 65075.

Are you wanting a PUK which is for unlocking a SIM that's had the PIN entered incorrectly too many times? You can find this on your myEE online account.

Or do you want to request a PAC to port your EE mobile number to another provider?

If it's a PAC, you need to text PAC to 65075. There is further information on the process here

You'll find the PUK, to unblock your SIM after too many incorrect PIN attempts, in your online MyEE under Account Settings / Unlock your SIM.
