i lost my sim when my phone arrived, they sent me a new sim but i cant see the number

Hi @malindaong and welcome to the EE community

Firstly, you've not said but I assume, that this is a new line with EE - as opposed to being an upgrade of any kind.

If that is the case, you can text NUMBER to 150 (this is a free text) to get your mobile number - or call another phone that has caller-ID and check the number that is presented.
