You'll have to take that up with Lycra if they haven't ported your no. in correctly. As you describe it your no. seems to have gone AWOL, so you don't have it to move to a new SIM.

I ported my number to lycamobile and the number never changed. My ee sim is now out of service so i can't use any of the sims. Is it possible if i buy a new sim and have a number of choice. I mean if i could have my old number on a new sim?

Hi @S_Ahmad

If you submitted your valid PAC to Lyca, then by rights your EE number should have moved to Lyca. If your EE line has been disconnected, this fits with a number being ported out.

You would therefore need to obtain your PAC from Lyca and port it back in.

If you are saying your number with Lyca never changed, then something has gone wrong with the port, most likely from Lyca's end.
