Moved abroad and asked for pay as you go contract

Hi, I just moved abroad and stopped my pay monthly contract on 31 Dec 20, but wanted to keep my number as a pay as you go contract. How can I put money on to my phone as my account got shut down on the 31st December 20. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

Sorry, it isn't possible to activate a new pay as you go account on a roaming network.

You'll need to be connected to the EE network in the UK to complete your transfer from pay monthly to pay as you go.
