I was in the process of swapping from one phone to another with a new SIM card. It gave me a sim code but then didn’t go any further forward. Now my old phone has no phone coverage nor my new phone and I can’t go any further forward. Help

Hi @AngelaShi

EE often supply replacement SIMs with upgrade phones incase, for whatever reason, your existing SIM is unsuitable or doesn't fit.

If your existing SIM fits and works, using it and "filing" the replacement SIM is by far the best solution.

You can only have one SIM active at a time, so does your old SIM work in your new phone?
