Free Beats flex earphones

I took out a new sim only deal on 5th Dec. Part of the deal with free beats flex earphones. I received the sim yesterday but no mention if the earphones. When will I get them? Will they automatically be sent to me or do i need to apply for them somewhere as there is no mention of them on my order confirmation?

I’m in same boat, upgraded to a. £25 a month sim, had it now 15 days, but nothing about my beats flex’s

I am still confused as to when I will get the free beats headphones. I have seen 3 different conflicting responses from EE representatives on this forum and they all say different times. One says i will get a text after 5 days, one says they will automatically get sent out between 15-30 days and another says 15-45 days. Please can you confirm exactly how/when I should receive them?

You will receive a text message within 5 days with the terms and conditions of the offer.

Your order will then automatically be sent out to you 15-30 days after receiving your SIM.

Hi has anyone received theirs yet. It has been 17 days since I took out my contract and I have heard nothing about the free earphones. How do I contact customer services?
