I've put the PAC code in and it takes me through to the page where I need to put the EE number in and my new number. When I hit submit, it takes me back to the PAC code entry page, and says the code is in the wrong format but it's entered in the ABC123456 format, and doesn't let me make any amends. Can anyone help?
