New sim card wrong

EE send me New sim card last week

Because stolen my Phone.

I give my old number. Its xxxxxxxxxxxl want's this number

but send me sim card with reverse of the two last numbers.

xxxxxxxxxxx.

Please give me correct my old phone number because this is very important for me.
