@Rifatul To get your PAC code you can text PAC to 65075. If there is more than one device on your EE account you’ll need to call customer services to request this and if your still within your contract term you’ll need to call customer services as you’ll need to be told how much it’ll cost to terminate your contract.

Thanks for coming to the community.

You can get a PAC by following one of the following options:

Get in touch with our Mobile Care Team.
Your My EE Account.
By sending a text message with the word ‘PAC’ to 65075.

If you choose to text us for your PAC, we’ll send it to you via text message. This message will include any early termination charges for terminating your contract before its end date.
