&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There is no access to individual customer accounts on this public forum, so you will need to call EE C/S on 150 to check this.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If your original number is still active on O2 now, it's quite likely the PAC hasn't been actioned for whatever reason and it may need resubmitting by a C/S agent. PAC are valid for 30days, so your original code should still be acceptable.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I order a new phone from ee with new xontract and I ported my number from o2 but surprise I'm still on o2 after2 weeks, I&amp;nbsp; registered the PAC code and everything like it should, what happened&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Your original post suggested that your EE phone was active but on the "temporary" number and that you've given EE your PAC.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can contact EE C/S on 150 from an EE phone, or 0800 0798586 free from any UK phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
