I have put the SIM card into my new phone and noticed I have put 12 digits and not 14. I was confused as there were two numbers in brackets. The message says 12 or 14, I have been looking online an looks like I should have put 14 numbers. How do I get this reset as I have no signal to receive another text with a number.

Is this SIM a replacement one or new one, and from where did you obtain it? Are you on PAYG or pay-monhly?

Morning! I’ve spoken to someone on live chat just now an they have rectified it for me all sorted. They were brilliant..
