    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've got a PAYG phone without a online account, the sim card is damaged and I have been posted a replacement I have tried to do PAC and STAC from my new number to keep my old no but obviously I think this needs to be the other way around.&amp;nbsp; short of visting a shop or phoning is there any advice anyone can give&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks in advance&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You should be able to text PAC or STAC from any no as long as you have only 1 no. under you a/c. Otherwise you need to phone CS for your&amp;nbsp;PAC or STAC.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
