Hi,

I signed up over the phone to switch from Three to EE Pay monthly and gave my pac code. On the switchover date, both sim cards stop working so I rang up EE. They told me that they have blocked the contract by the Fraud department and told me that I should await contact from this department. I left them with my work phone number as my three number was now out of use. I did not receive any calls from the Fraud department so therefore I rang again and was told that I need to produce my ID at an EE store. I did this at the store where I was connected to customer services again whom have told me that I should await contact from the fraud department and that my account had been "cancelled" and that they needed to reinstate it.

It is a huge inconvenience for me by not having access to my phone number and has meant that I have missed some very important phone calls. It seems every time I contact customer services at EE, that I am receiving different advise and am being made to jump through hoops in order to be an EE customer.

In the meantime, I have requested three to recall the number and reinstate my plan with them however this will take another 48 hours.

Is there anything I can do to sort this out?

Thanks.

There is no access to individual customer accounts on this public web forum, so I can only suggest you pursue the avenues you already are.
