&lt;P&gt;If it was PAYG, was it used on EE's UK network before being posted to you? If it is PAYG, and it wasn't used in the UK first, it will need to be, before it will work abroad. There is no way around this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I live in Cyprus but require a UK sim card to access my online banking I had an EE sim posted to me here but it wont let me text or phone any numbers , dont know how to fix this ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It Took a month to get here in the mail , the assistant in the shop knew what it was going to be used for but he never said anything about having to use it in the UK First , so would take another 2 months to send it back and return, as a Pensioner I can`t really afford to throw away 20 pounds , what a rip off&lt;/P&gt;</description>
