&lt;P&gt;Providing the phone you buy in Spain is unlocked, and will accept your EE SIM, I don't see any reason it shouldn't work on the Spanish networks.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would recommend you try your SIM in whatever phone you want to use, before you purchase it. And also make sure you purchase from a reputable seller that isn't likely to report the phone lost or stolen at any future point.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everybody&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a yearly contract and paid monthly for a certain amount of calls,emails etc. Have a nokia 3. Problem is the battery is dying and I will be in Spain for the next few months. Can I just buy a phone in an electrical shop and transfer the sim over. My friend says you cannot transfer over to a Spanish phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Brendan&lt;/P&gt;</description>
