Just on this note and by means of information, I suspect you may be getting confused with data-based apps such as WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger, that allow "calls" between users of the same app.

WiFi-calling lets you use your phone as normal without any need for network signal. That means making & receiving calls, sending & receiving texts entirely as normal, irrespective of where the call is to or from.

A landline user calling you, for example, won't know whether you're on WiFi-calling or on the mobile network, they will call you as normal.

Hi, I am out of contract and need to leave EE. Unfortunately signal is very poor both at home and work ☹️

I tried online through My EE and via Text but both said I could not as I have multiple accounts, only I am leaving. Tried on-line chat but came back as unable to help.

Currently unable to get through on 'phone. Any advice appreciated.

Hi @Theshed and welcome to the community

You may not be aware, but with EE's WiFi calling service, then anywhere you have access to WiFi, the quality of your coverage becomes immaterial.

You can continue using any compatible phone to make & receive calls, send & receive texts, entirely as normal anywhere that you have a WiFi signal.

If you have multiple lines on one billing account, then as per "how do I leave EE - help page" , you need to either use myEE online, or call C/S on 150.

Hi, Yea it's a strange one. If I call out on WiFi usually this is no issue, provided I am connected. But if someone calls from a non enabled 'phone, usually my Dad, then the 'phone rings but when I answer I cannot hear.

Then follows a 'round robin'. He calls my Brother, who calls me to ask what wrong !?

Sending Texts are also pretty impossible.

But unfortunately there is no WiFi where I work and no EE mobile signal either.

Strange as coverage checker say it good, yet other network which is 'average' is actually better.
