    <description>&lt;P&gt;New business sim , old vodaphone sim switched off, inserted new ee sim, over 24 hrs later unable to make or receive calls, port date was Friday 4Dec, company are keeping original numbers, the phone does have the EE Network symbol on the phone screen, but unable to make calls or receive, I work for a emergency service so I do need a active phone asap many thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Firstly, it's fair to mention this is a public internet forum with no access to individual accounts or phones, if you have an urgent issue then you will need to contact EE C/S on whatever number your employer has. This maybe 158, but emergency service workers could be different.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;That said, I'm not clear from your post whether you're porting your number in or not - you've mentioned your "old Vodafone SIM switched off", but then "company are keeping original numbers".&lt;/P&gt;</description>
