Porting number but phone still shows old number

I've taken out a new contract with EE and ported my number across from Three, but my phone is still showing the old number prior to porting in about phone and on the sim.

If I ring someone it shows as the new number ported from three but I am unable to share my contact as this has old number and i am unable to change it.

Even when trying to register new device on my EE profile, it doesn't recognise old or new numbers.

Any advice appreciated. Thanks.

Sorry, it isn't possible to update the number showing in about phone on this device.

Are you having issues registering for My EE with your ported number?

Ok Thanks, this is also affecting my contact details in my contacts for this phone under Me (This phone). Is this also not updatable?

I have managed to register my number under manage my numbers, but it seemed to cause an issue when trying to register my device.
