      <title>New Black Friday upgrade 160GB £20</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I upgraded one of the SIM's on my account to the new Black Friday deal 5G 160GB data for £20 yesterday morning and received an email confirming my order.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Using the app this morning shows only 80GB available to use this month but digging deeper into the plan details shows the correct new amount of 160GB so which is true?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I called customer support this morning but they couldn't give me an answer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi James,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I already tried the chat facility but didn't get any further than&lt;BR /&gt;explaining what type of problem I have.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Seeing as I did the upgrade online maybe I just need to cancel it within&lt;BR /&gt;the 14 days and go back to the old plan I had before.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Could you provide a link in order to cancel a SIM only upgrade as&lt;BR /&gt;everything I've read refers to a phone plan and how to return a&lt;BR /&gt;device, which obviously doesn't apply to me.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks very much for your assistance.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Best regards,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Scott</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I upgraded my sim only contract to another 5G sim only contract I should get 160gb of data but my app is only showing 80gb. All my other account details have updated and the contract email states 160gb so that’s right. Is this some form of double data add on that hasn’t been added?       <description>Hi there,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I found out from a helpful EE online chat agent that the extra 80GB will be&lt;BR /&gt;added to my account within 10 days as per the terms of the contract.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The app will show the additional data and a text is sent to you to let you&lt;BR /&gt;know that the extra data has been added.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I hope that this puts your mind at rest.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same problem here, I got in touch with ee and was told a X2 data add on would be added in a couple of days, it's been 7 days since upgrading.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm annoyed as I already had the X2 data add on for what I thought was being a loyal customer for 5 years+ now, it was cancelled the next day.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The upgrade advert doesn't state 80gb with X2 add on, so I was expecting to get 320gb after upgrading.... I think I'll cancel and switch to Vodafone or three as they're doing black Friday unlimited contracts for £20-23(Vodafone) £17 (three)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got the same reply and text; as a word of caution this happened last year to me on a 30gb doubled to 60gb, they applied it instantly last time after two live chats no talk of 10 days. But I will wait out the 10 days and see not holding up my hopes but they can make it happen. I just wish they’d state on the advert that it’s not actually a 160gb plan it’s 80gb that’s then doubled!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;hope everyone gets there data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
