Internet access

I have just done a simswap to give me internet access. I have an old 3g mobile phone and although the new sim is working, I still cannot access the internet. What do I need to do?

Hi, it's a Nokia 301 and I've been through the set up process as stated online but still can't get hold of the internet on this phone.

You can download your internet settings at setup-ee.wdsglobal.com/internet.
