Hello,

I lost my sim card, and I am in another country.

If its posibile to order a new sim with the some number, on new adresa in the uk, London ?

Welcome to the community.

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team to report this lost as soon as possible.

They will be able to order you another SIM card and get it delivered to a UK address.

Sorry to bother Jon. I am in the same situation Elenea. I am not able to call the Customer Care Team because of the high rated minutes in Africa, but I wanted my Sim Card (same number) to be delivered to my address in UK urgenty.... because of App activation purpose.

What shall I do?
