I have just upgraded to a 24month sim only plan. The option I went for had free JLB Headphones with the plan. I have not received any communication how I receive this offer.

The offer is the reason I chose this option and not a cheaper one.

Can anyone shed any light on this

The JBL headphones will be sent out automatically 15-25 days after you receive the SIM card.

They’re now giving beats flex the same deal, is there anyway you can change the jlb for the beats, I haven’t received anything yet.
