Full pay for Half the Original SIM Package

I purchased a 100GB for £20 monthly, SIM only package a few months ago. My bills were coming on right up until my current bill for this month, I realised am paying the same amount only for half the package (ie 50GB).

How can I be helped to have money back or return my original SIM only plan? This happened after I replaced my SIM card as it got lost (I just arrived from traveling abroad).

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team about this.

They will be able to access your account and get you on the correct plan.
