      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My contract ended yesterday, I'd called EE a month ago to request the phone number went to PAYG which I was told was fine. I had a text on 5th Nov saying my monthly payment was staying at the contract level.&amp;nbsp; Then today I have nothing, can't make or receive calls, no 4g etc.&amp;nbsp; I have taken a contract out with Vodafone but now need to get my number switched over (if it still exists).&amp;nbsp; I dont have a phone to call 150 and cant find any online chat options with EE.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone have any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
