Bought a sim from Airport simLOCAL 12GB but can't make calls

I bought a 12GB sim from Heathrow Airport by the company simLOCAL for 30 GBP. The sim says unlimited calls, but I can't make calls, it says you don't have credit. What's wrong here? Thanks
