Have the iPhone 12. On my EE account I have two numbers. My primary number is physical SIM and my additional is now an e sim linked to my new phone. I switched off my old phone which had the additional lines sim still inside. When testing to see if I could now be reached on my new phone it’s saying my 2nd lines phone is off. I’ve scanned the QR code and set up e sim as per instructions so not sure why the old sim is confusing things.
