Issue with pac code

Hi everyone just started to join from BT and when I put my pac code in it says please use a correct pac code. This is the code i received from BT. Anyone know what could be wrong I've spoken to BT and they're next to useless

@djohoto7896 if you have any issues with this it would be best to call customer services and verbally give them the PAC code.

Don't post it here, but is your PAC in the format of 3 letters followed by 6 numbers?

Have you managed to get in touch with our Customer Care team as suggested?
