I need my PAC code as I'm leaving EE but I can't get it by texting 65075 because I am abroad so can someone from EE please give it to me ASAP or tell me how else I can access it.

I have tried to call customer service but the automated answering machine only gives me the option to top up, it doesn't let me talk to an adviser

Is that calling on 150? Try calling the Freephone no. in my sig.

Try calling CS on +44 800 956 6000 (option 2 > option 4) . That won't ask for an EE mobile no.

If you log into your MY EE account and select Account Settings, do you have an option to get your PAC?

If not, can you call us from another phone on +44 7953 966 250, our Pay as you go Care team can get your PAC for you.
