I sent my pac code online to ee to keep my old number got my new sim today how long till I can use my old number on my phone

@Topref65 When did you send this to EE? If it was today then it’ll be Tuesday at the earliest at number ports don’t happen at the weekend and they can take up to 24hours to migrate.

All details sent last Monday got sim yesterday used today but number not up yet

By going off do you mean it rings?

If yes, this indicates your number port has not yet started.

It’s fine I phoned ee my new sim and new phone not up and running till monday
