I have ported my 3 number to ee but my pre-existing ee contract phone number was cancelled and ported to the 3 number. I am unable to make calls and all my calls are being diverted to the the preexisting ee contract phone. I would need my calls to come back to my 3 phone sim and the pre existing contract phone number restored as it is a business phone.

Hi @Tamera

Welcome to the community. 🙂

It sounds like you may have been experiencing split service, which sometimes happens when porting. You'd be able to receive calls on one SIM and make them from the other.

Could you restart your phone and let us know if it's working any better?

Chris
