I ordered simcard on 29.Oct.

I can't get my simcard yet and I can't check delivery tracking.

When can I receive that?

Thanks for coming to the community.

SIM cards are sent via Royal Mail and are not available for tracking.

Your SIM should be with you in 3-5 days.

I haven't received my SIM yet. However, I received the mails with Bill and
Confirmation of the set up of your Direct Debit Instruction.

Then I received a text message that was a survey about delivery.

When can I receive my SIM?
