my new card doesn’t work

bouth a sim card today from stansted airport in whsmith for £25 which supposed to give me unlimited mins and texts , 12gb data but i didn’t get anything and can’t even make phone call , text or use internet. how can a get it working ?

Did you use that PAYG SIM in UK before you left to go abroad? EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.

I put the sun card in airport, got the message welcome to Lithuania and I can use my allowances same as in the uk but it doesn’t work . Tried to call to the number say the phone is off and after I received message that I missed a call.

Did you use the SIM card to make a call, send a text or use data when connected to the EE network in the UK?

But I haven’t made any call, text or data there , received welcoming messages to Lithuania and that in allowed to use my pack same as in the uk but it doesn’t work .

Thanks for the quick reply.

I am sorry if the SIM was not used in the UK this will not work abroad, once this is used on the EE network the SIM will activate for you.

Ee sends the codes to confirm the number in the account, the sim perka but IT doesnt allowed me to call anyone as the calls are barred

This will not work outside the UK, if you have not made a call, sent a text or used data on the EE network.
