When I signed up for EE and ordered the sim for my new 12 month sim only contract, I put in a PAC code to keep my number. This was confirmed in the order confirmation email and it said to just simply put the new sim in and it would transfer straight away.

It's been 2 days and it still isn't working but neither is my new number now? My partner can't get through to either, it just goes straight to I.D Mobile voicemail yet the EE is the sim that's in the phone? I'm quite confused about what is happening.

I really do need this to be sorted ASAP as I'm 35 weeks pregnant and need to be able to contact/be contacted.

Hi @RLW-95 and welcome!

I would strongly advise you call EE C/S on 150, and ASAP. This is a public forum, and no-one on here has access to your account whereas C/S do.

If your porting request is submitted before 5.30pm today, it should complete by tomorrow evening (Friday). Porting doesn't work on weekends, so this has the potential to drag into next week otherwise.
