&lt;P&gt;If the offer you have seen is requesting a PAC, this suggests the promotion is for new customers to EE and therefore as an existing customer you would be ineligible for it. If you check the T&amp;amp;Cs of the specific offer in question, it should mention eligibility criteria.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;A PAC is for transfering your number between mobile networks, and has no relevance if you are remaining on the same network.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you're currently on PAYG and want to move to an EE pay-monthly plan, I would recommend looking at the &lt;A href="https://shop.ee.co.uk/pay-as-you-go-to-pay-monthly" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;switch to pay monthly service&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you remain certain you want to use the uswitch offer and it is only for new customers, then you will need to obtain your PAC from EE and use it to port your number to another provider's PAYG. One day later, obtain your PAC from that new provider and then port it back to EE as a new customer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
