    <description>&lt;P&gt;Good afternoon,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;May I ask was this actually resolved for you as I have had exactly the same issue with my new contract mobile and am getting nowhere with their automated system that keeps demanding a phone number that I have not been given yet!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've just moved from O2 to EE. Received the iPhone but on the invoice it says I should have received a new SIM card and welcome letter. I haven't received the SIM or letter. Does it come separately? I can't call EE because my number hasn't been swapped over yet so they don't recognise my mobile number when I call.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
