3 PAC won't work

Hi,

I've been given a PAC number from Three which starts with HTG but when I put it in and my old phone number I want to be transferred it gives me the following error "Please make sure you enter the right code. Your PAC will look like ABC123456. Your STAC will look like 123456ABC."

Can anyone help please?

Hi @mx-st

I assume you're using the online form when you encounter these errors. Short of trying again in a different browser, I can only suggest you call EE C/S on 150 and give the agent your PAC instead.
