I connect to a local operator, but I can't call or receive calls. I receive an sms that someone was looking for me. I dial the number with 00, with +, but it doesn't work. I tried to send an SMS to 150, 0044150, +44150, but it gives me an error. A friend bought me an electronic recharge voucher, but I can't recharge it with 150, how can I activate the calls on this card.
