Hi all. My current contract with EE doesn’t end until Jan 2021. I wanted to take out a new contract with Three for the iPhone 12 pro. If I continue to pay my current contract until it expires and I take out the additional contract with Three for the new phone, will I be able to still transfer my PAC code to keep my phone number? Or will I have to pay a fee? The current phone will no longer be in use when I get the new one.

Hi @Olivia33 and welcome to the EE community

Are you asking whether 3 will accept your PAC in 3 months time? That's a question you'd need to ask 3.

EE can certainly issue your PAC when your minimum term expires, but as to what 3's policy is - you'd need to ask them.

Different network operators have had different policies over the years, EE have never had an issue accepting PACs at any point during a contractual term.
